Tip: “Copy signature” works for Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail — for Apple Mail, paste it into Settings → Signatures. That settings box won’t show your logo or GIF (Apple Mail doesn’t load images there), but they appear — crisp — in real emails. Use “Copy (embedded images)” only if you need every image baked in (e.g. for recipients who block remote images); it always shows but looks softer on Retina Macs.
